I like to keep things simple. "Trigger Point" is the "brand" if you will. Many modalities and techniques are employed in good massage session. Massage therapy should be a well-informed experience. There is not much difference in the way sessions are performed in terms of male or female. Having spent thousands of clinical hours on people of all walks of life, you're in good hands. ;)  

 It's important to maintain our muscles through exercise and bodywork. Also, massage just goes hand in hand with physical activity of any kind. We move our bones with our muscles. Those muscles endure a lot to get us through the day. That's why it's important to treat those muscles well, and they'll continue to serve you well.

 This practice is solely therapeutic. Laid back but professional is the approach. I try to make things as simple as possible while providing the best service that I can. 

The studio location on Madsion BLVD is a great, peaceful place to chill and get some bodywork. Everyone needs bodywork. Taking care of muscles means diet, exercise, and stretching those muscles. Especially when we use them. It doesn't matter if you use your muscles often or not. You may be surprised, muscle tension within your own body can be leading to pain, stress, and frustration. There are no add-ons. Hot towels, essential oils, and use of hot stones can be applied to any service. No charge. 

All of these muscles in the body connect directly or indirectly. They need attention just like your car needs maintenance. This is a key to rejuvenation. I highly recommend bodywork/massage from somewhere, if not me. This is not something you'd want to put off until retirement. I'm a first-hand witness of the power of bodywork. The older we get, the harder it will be to correct and more painful the bodywork can be. Again, professionalism is very important in my opinion. Your comfort and safety are top priority. Proper draping is very crucial to this. A good massage can change your life.
